We are delighted to share that Adform has received Customers’ Choice distinction in the 2022 Gartner® Peer Insights™ "Voice of the Customer" for Ad Tech report. The Voice of the Customer is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews in a market into insights for decision makers.

With ad tech serving as such a complex piece of the digital advertising puzzle, evaluating various ad tech partners is often challenging. Comparing a stand-alone DOOH DSP that only services that niche or dedicated anti-fraud vendor against a robust suite of tools like Adform that does it all can be difficult. What does customer experience look like for Europeans using American ad tech, or vice versa? While many of these challenges require a much more nuanced look at individual strategy, needs, and local market dynamics. One thing remains the same throughout; the need for approachable and engaged technology backed by teams that listen, are available, and have deep product knowledge with a focus on client success.

For the 2022 Voice of the Customer report, more than 90 of Adform’s clients submitted reviews, for which we are deeply appreciative and grateful. The report groups vendors under specific customer segments of industry, deployment region or company size based on the demographics of their reviewers. We are extremely proud to be a part of specifically two segments:

The first is the Region segment for EMEA. Here we are proud to be the only vendor to place in the Customers’ Choice quadrant.

The second is our placement in the Midsized Enterprise Customers’ Choice quadrant. From this group, Adform is the only fully independent and media-neutral vendor providing end-to-end services for our clients that span across DSP, Ad Server, DMP, and Publisher solutions.
