Dovilė Buinickaitė and Preben Haanes are promoted to senior leadership roles

These promotions reflect Adform’s continued investment in its leadership pipeline and long-term organizational strength. By elevating proven leaders from within, Adform reinforces its commitment to developing internal talent, strengthening succession planning, and driving sustainable global growth.
Dovilė Buinickaitė will lead Adform’s global people and culture strategy, with responsibility for talent development, leadership capability, and organizational culture across all markets. She has played a central role in advancing Adform’s global HR function. Most recently, as VP of HR, she was instrumental in establishing the company’s second-largest international site in Mumbai and building a global network of HR Business Partners. Her promotion to SVP underscores Adform’s focus on building scalable, high-performing teams that enable the company to grow sustainably.

His promotion reflects Adform’s focus on strengthening leadership and decision-making in a region experiencing sustained growth and increasing market complexity.
Preben Haanes joined Adform in late 2024 as Head of Norway. He previously held senior leadership , sales and business development roles at international technology companies, including Microsoft and Google. He brings more than 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of technology, data, and commercial strategy.
