Our SSP’s direct integration with Media Club, the inventory provider of a major Czech channel, prima+, opens up a world of new opportunities in the market, giving local advertisers unprecedented access to CTV inventory.

Challenges:

Global agency OMD faced a new challenge with their client, Kaufland. They needed to promote a new weekly offer, and while their existing banner and linear campaigns were performing well, they wanted to dive into the Czech Republic’s booming CTV market. Prima, one of the Czech Republic’s premier channels, provided the perfect opportunity to reach these users through its on-demand service prima+. 

Solution:

OMD decided to take the bold step of leveraging programmatic advertising in CTV. They spotted a unique opportunity to utilize prima+’s CTV offerings to connect with an audience that prefers VOD platforms over traditional TV broadcasts. The result? A big campaign that was the biggest CTV investment in the Czech market and the first of its kind. It got a 98% completion rate and reached users in new and important ways.
