Challenges:

AMC Networks International Southern Europe needed to maximize publicity and attendance for the Season 3 premiere of Daryl Dixon on a tight timeline. As its first programmatic DOOH activation, the campaign needed to be simple to launch, easy to scale, and precise in its screen selection around Madrid’s Cine Callao. Just as importantly, the team needed clear proof of impact through credible supply-side data.

Solution:

Using Adform’s DOOH planning interface, AMC and agency Avante navigated Madrid via the visual inventory map to cherry-pick 61 of the most relevant Clear Channel screens around Cine Callao. The team could quickly review available locations and key screen specs to refine their selection. With streamlined setup and activation, placements went live to drive awareness across the two-day window.

In just 48 hours, the campaign delivered more than 158,000 OTS, exceeding targets and showing how quickly programmatic DOOH can create impact for a time-sensitive premiere demonstrating a strong model for future DOOH activations.
