You can request provision, rectification, removal or restriction of Adform controlled personal data concerning yourself. You can as well exercise your right to object.

In order for Adform to verify your identity and associate it with personal data Adform collects, to respond to your data subject request and to make sure that we respond to a correct person, and for you to rightfully claim information behind the requestor identity, please send a digital copy (photo or scan) of your identity document and specify the data subject right you want to exercise.
