Hi, my name is Viraj Gawandalkar and my journey with Adform started in October 2022 when I joined as a Software Engineer.

Even though I have been a part of Adform for a small amount of time, I can say with the utmost confidence it's been sublime, seamless, and splendid!

Joining the newly formed Mumbai office, the challenges have been completely unique and I am glad to be a part of a team that cohesively works towards overcoming them.

I was looking for a change that would help me broaden my horizons on technology, solutions, and design. I found an email that mentioned this opportunity and the company. Upon further research, I figured out that they were working on something extremely interesting.

After my interview, when I met my soon-to-be colleagues for a discussion, I was intrigued by the professionalism. This is what set the precedent for me to work in Adform.

I manage the Brand Safety and Contextual Targeting features of the platform. This ensures ads appear on the most relevant websites and do not end up in places that might damage the brand. My focus is a stable application and my work also involves interacting with multiple integrations which enable the platform to provide these features.

We implement and roll out new features coupled with new integrations to provide a more diversified selection for our clients to configure their campaigns.

I'm glad to mention that I am working on something which hasn't been done before at DSP level. We are working on integrating a component within our application which helps clients to advertise only on those domains which are environmently friendly and avoid domains which cause a lot of emissions. To put it in one word, it's "Sustainable Advertising", hence providing flexibility to our clients by automatically doing their bit toward climate change.

It may sound a bit clichéd but in life all people seek growth, at Adform it is assured that you will grow without the presence of any hostile environment. Simply put — it's a home away from home.
