I've been working in Adform for almost 3 years now. I started as a DMP support specialist and after two years I became a Senior Platform Solutions Specialist. For my bachelors, I actually studied Transport Engineering Economics and Logistics- adtech is a bit far from my education and doesn't cover what I do on a daily basis but definitely helps me navigate the complexity of the industry. I have a number of hobbies that include a variety of things from filming, video editing, photography, music to extreme sports. I've started surfing this year as it appears that Lithuania also has some decent waves in my hometown of Klaipėda. But the thing that I love the most is Freestyle BMX. I've been riding BMX bikes for over 13 years now.
After finishing university, it was time to think about career opportunities. A couple of my fellow BMX riders and current colleagues were working in Adform at the time. The feedback I had heard from them was very positive and the idea of working in a tech company sounded great. So, after considering all the options I've decided that this would be a great place to start my career and grow.
I manage a client portfolio covering: Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, and East Africa. This means I spend my days helping clients by providing technical solutions to solve digital marketing issues, also consulting on campaign-related topics on a strategic level. A huge part of the job is obtaining knowledge and teaching/advising others. I also love to get involved in side-projects and help my colleagues.
I was helping with the Adform Academy materials, sharing my DMP knowledge with the product management team in order to successfully adapt the audience builder functionality in Adform FLOW. Also, I was participating in the PwC sessions, helping to set up the testing environment and helping to understand how DMP interacts with the DSP platform.
The work environment in Adform is a joy. Adformers share an ownership mindset and true spirit to get the job done. You can always find a colleague who will be willing to dig deep into a topic together and find an applicable conclusion together.
