Someone once said that there is never a boring day in Adform – I could not agree more! The digital advertising industry is ever-changing, so being agile, curious, and ambitious is in our DNA.

What brought you to Adform?

I have quite a heartwarming history with Adform. I first learned about the company while I was studying for my Bachelor's degree at the ISM University of Management and Economics. Every year, a selection of students is given the opportunity to receive a scholarship from the university’s patrons. I was lucky enough to get the scholarship while Adform was one of the patrons that year. 

I was spotted by Adform’s representatives at one community event and got excited about working there very quickly. It seemed like an awesome place to work – the people, the challenges, and the opportunities! I was mesmerized. I joined the company in my last year of studies as part of Adform's Management Associate (Yellow Belt) program, which gave me the opportunity to work alongside senior management and gain hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects. I also wrote my bachelor's thesis based on a case study from Adform.  

So, yes, Adform and I have a very wholesome relationship. I am really grateful for all the opportunities I found here and I do my best to give back to the Adform community as well.  

What do you do on a daily basis at your job?

I work in a dual role as a Senior Project Manager and a team lead for Adform’s Project Management Office (PMO).  

As a Senior Project Manager, I contribute to the company’s strategic objectives by driving large organizational changes. My job is to lead project teams toward the desired project goal and benefits realization. On a daily basis, my job is all about problem-solving, ensuring action-driven teamwork, stakeholder engagement, as well as communication between different parties.  

It is a very dynamic and rewarding job and no day is the same as the one before! In addition to administrative tasks, my responsibility is to nurture a safe and supportive environment, help my teammates grow and reach their full potential. As a team, we also engage in a lot of educational activities – setting project management best practices in the organization, providing training, and mentorship for our colleagues. 

How has your work helped with the launch and management of Adform FLOW?

The Adform FLOW launch was a company-wide program. It consisted of multiple cross-organizational projects run in coordination to achieve the result. I do not believe there was a single team in Adform who did not have their fair share in reaching this important milestone in our company’s history. It was an extraordinary team effort! I was fortunate enough to contribute to the roll-out by taking the wheel of one of the projects in the program. My team and I worked together to establish a new pricing offering that would incentivize the full adoption of FLOW, helping our clients to reach the full potential of our full-stack. Working on that project was an unforgettable experience. 

What is the work environment like at Adform?

Someone once said that there is never a boring day in Adform – I could not agree more! The digital advertising industry is ever-changing, so being agile, curious, and ambitious is in our DNA. I love that we have a high standard for ourselves and never stop learning and growing. I am also constantly in awe of the people I get to work with – in addition to being kick-ass professionals, they’re great people. Caring, supportive, and so much fun. It almost sounds like it is too good to be true, but I am genuinely happy and proud to be an Adformer!
