Good day! I am Naveen Angaru and I’m the head of customer success for APAC region.  

I have been an Adformer since 2020, and working with technology and software products has always interested me, so getting into adtech was a no-brainer right after my graduation. 

I spent the last 13 years working at various technology firms before joining Adform. I had the privilege of starting my career right before programmatic was even a thing. So much has changed in the last decade, but I believe the basic principles of digital advertising have always remained the same. 

What brought you to Adform?

Well, let me tell you, it's been a journey! Like many others, I took a career break right in the middle of the pandemic to spend some quality time with my kids. After three months of baking sourdough bread and becoming a self-proclaimed bread connoisseur, it was time to get back into the game. 

Luckily for me, there was an opening at Adform that matched my skills. To be honest, I didn't know much about Adform before the interview, but after doing some research I was blown away. It was like finding a unicorn in hiding with all the tools an advertiser could ever need! 

So, I simply couldn't resist and accepted the role without a second thought. Now, more than two years later, I'm still thrilled to be a part of the Adform team, where my passion is as fresh as a newly baked sourdough loaf. 

What do you do on a daily basis at your job?

I hold two key positions within the region. The first involves overseeing and leading customer success teams, while the second involves supporting our commercial teams in a pre-sales capacity.  

As a head of customer success, my day-to-day job includes; onboarding, training clients on platform capability, increasing product adoption, customer support, cross-sell/up-sell, advocacy, and more. Additionally, I am responsible for being dedicated to delivering exceptional results. 

What is the most exciting thing you are working on at the moment?

At the moment, I am consulting a project with an existing client that is focused on future-proofing their data business. Specifically, the project involves pivoting from reliance on third-party cookies to first-party cookies. Given the recent announcement by Google of the deprecation of third-party cookies, this is a pressing concern for many businesses that rely on this technology for data collection and tracking. 

Although there are numerous conversations and proposed solutions in the market, very few of them have been implemented at scale, and none of them have been fully tested in real-world use cases. I am thrilled to be working with a forward-thinking client who is both visionary and ambitious, and who recognizes the potential of Adform's capabilities in driving change and innovation. 

Overall, this project has been incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the future of programmatic advertising while staying at the forefront of industry trends. I look forward to continuing to work with Adform and our clients to drive change and innovation. 

What is the work environment like at Adform?
