Hi, my name is Inga and I joined Adform in 2014. I started in a software engineer role, but over the years my career gradually evolved and I’m currently domain architect.  Even though I have been a part of Adform for a long time, I can honestly say there has never been a boring day.

I've worked in different teams with some amazing colleagues, and have worked with different parts of the Adform platform, which gave me the opportunity to learn different technologies and solve challenging puzzles.

I had previously worked in project development for many years, but I was curious about how things worked in a company that focused on product development.

When I realized that I want new challenges in my life I already knew that I wanted to go to Adform as I've heard a lot of positive things about this company from my ex-colleagues.

The most important criteria for me was the ability to work with highly skilled professionals.

My team is responsible for solutions that are critical to our Real Time Bidding engine and overall business. The most important responsibility is to make sure that the solution is available 24/7, data is up to date and transferred to the engine in real-time. We implement new features, improve the performance of existing functionality and solve other complex tasks.

Adform FLOW is the new face of the Adform UI. During this project implementation, our team provided a data quality assurance service and we ensured that data input via FLOW was consistent and doesn't break integrity rules.

Adform is a safe place for me where I get a lot of support from colleagues, where I feel appreciated and recognized for my endeavors. These are all important conditions for learning and growth.
