My name is Gintautė, I lead the HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams here in Adform. I have worked in Adform for almost 6 years and still the word “routine” is unknown for me!

I studied social sciences and, unfortunately, I was not one of the lucky students who know from the beginning that my passion will be HR. 😊 I got addicted to the field of HR very gradually.

What brought you to Adform?

Before coming to Adform, I worked for several years in a recruitment agency. This was very interesting and dynamic but after a while, I found that I was lacking the big picture of how the employees that I select for my clients are growing in the company, what their professional development looks, what their daily jobs look, what struggles they face, etc. Adform has always been a company that was several steps ahead with the practices they used, methods and tools applied. Another very important element was the culture and values that were instilled in Adform and the people working there. If you ask me now what gives me energy at work after spending 6 years in this company, I would say our employees, culture and the values we strive towards are the key assets that we have in Adform. 

What do you do on a daily basis at your job?

As HR Business Partners my team and I support leaders and the business with different people related matters, starting from team size planning and recruitment, talent management, and ensuring that all elements of employee life cycle run smoothly. I also play a very important role of being a leader for my own team.

What has your role been in the launch of Adform FLOW?

I would say the key part that my team and I had during the Adform FLOW project and launch was to ensure that the “backend” runs smoothly. 😊 One of the first contributions was to ensure that we have the right talents at the right time, which was quite challenging when combined with the pandemic situation. Another role we had was to be a sparring partner and listener for leaders and employees in the tough moments, showing different perspectives, helping to put things in the right order and helping to also see the small successes and victories.

What is the work environment like at Adform?

When I interview candidates, I always share that work in Adform is very dynamic and when I say dynamic - I mean dynamic 😊 I believe that is the key to keeping the motivation and growth curve very high and doesn’t allow routine to enter the kitchen. The opportunity to contribute to different activities, be an author of new programs or projects, be given a blank page to create things from scratch gives me a lot of energy at work. What I love about Adform is the level of ownership, mindset and responsibility our employees have. This is difficult to describe in words, you need to be part of it to really feel it.
