Hi I'm Dovile, I am a loving mum, happy wife, and dedicated 6-yearAdform employee. Like many women working today, I find myself balancing my work and home lives, and allowing both parts of my identity to develop and strengthen the other. I have worked as Regional HR Business partner for several years and now I lead Global People Operations & Talent Acquisition functions in the HR& ADMIN department. After my studies, I decided to take my very first steps in HR as a recruitment consultant in one of the leading international recruitment agencies in the country. I can now confirm that it was that great experience that helped me decide where I saw growth and professional development in HR. 

What brought you to Adform?

The people, culture and world-class technology drew me to Adform.  During my career at the recruitment agency and through my experiences working with various clients & candidates, I was privileged to learn a lot about various companies and their cultures. I had a chance to hear a lot of good feedback about Adform, and understood that it was a company that shared the same values as me. During my very first interview with Adform more than 6 years ago, I was impressed by the informal atmosphere and the smiles, leaving me with no doubt that I wanted to work here. 

What do you do on a daily basis at your job?

I support the business to ensure People Operations, Talent Acquisition functions operate efficiently. As an example, the main focus of the People Operations team is to control global HR documents, employees data quality and security, manage global benefits, policies, and provide company reports/data to support smooth Payroll processes across the globe. One of the biggest projects we handled over the last few years was to implement, configure, and run the HRIS system according to the Adform employee life-cycle, and launch a self-service for leaders and employees across the globe. The main focus of the Talent Acquisition function I am leading is to ensure we have a proper recruitment strategy, so to hire the best talent in the market and ensure they embody the Adform DNA.

Another big focus for me is to grow and develop my own team so that they can use their skills and strengths on a daily basis as much as possible.

What has your role been in the launch of Adform FLOW?

During the Adform FLOW project, the main role for me and my teams, as well as for other business support functions, was to facilitate easy ways that employees could retrieve necessary information and data. We had to ensure that both People Operations, Talent Acquisition processes were moving smoothly so that Adformers could dedicate their time and focus on their main responsibilities and prepare for such a big launch.

What is the work environment like at Adform?

The company has a great familial atmosphere.  The people are true professionals, passionate & willing to take ownership. Motivated, and result orientated colleagues really help to create a great atmosphere at the workplace and achieve good results. It is also great that I can approach every Adformer in the company despite their seniority level.  And, although everyone in the company works very hard, we try not to forget to have fun in between. As I like to say to my friends– “Adform is in my blood.”  

I believe that if you love what you’re doing, then it will turn into your passion.
