Dovilė brings more than seventeen years of experience across senior HR leadership roles within the technology and retail sectors. She has a strong track record in driving organizational transformation, developing leaders, and building inclusive, high performing teams at scale. Dovilė holds a master’s degree in international business and management and is deeply committed to creating an environment where people and business performance grow together.
