Charlotte Kure Juul joined Adform in October 2020 and serves as Chief Human Resource Officer responsible for engagement, organizational development, data driven HR, communication and leadership. She is passionate about the continuous development and growth of people and business. Charlotte brings more than 20 years of experience in HR and leadership from various types of businesses including software development, engineering and energy. Before joining Adform, Charlotte served as SVP Group Human Resources at DHI group and has previous worked in A.P. Moller-Maersk and ALK-Abelló. Charlotte holds a Master in Psychology from University of Copenhagen.
