Camilla Hillerup is Adform’s Chief People & Culture Officer, leading the company’s global People & Culture strategy, with a focus on leadership development, organizational growth, and aligning people priorities with business goals. She joined Adform in 2026, bringing more than 15 years of international leadership experience across HR, technology, and business operations. Prior to joining Adform, Camilla served as Chief Operating Officer at AI and fintech company Lucinity and spent nearly a decade as Chief Human Resources Officer at Microsoft Denmark and Iceland, where she played a key role in organizational transformation. Earlier in her career, Camilla held senior positions at Deloitte and KPMG, having started her professional career as a lawyer.
