Danish adtech company Adform has appointed Charlotte Kure Juul as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. Effective as of October 1st, Juul steps into an expanded HR function and joins Adform’s top management. She replaces Dinusha de Silva-Parker.

Adform, which delivers effortless modern marketing through a global platform for the creation, management, and activation of digital advertising, will have a new global head of HR when Charlotte Kure Juul enters the Adform office in the center of Copenhagen on October 1st. She joins Adform from a position as Senior Vice President of HR & THE ACADEMY at the engineering company DHI, where she has been since 2012.

"I am both proud and happy to be allowed to help lead Adform. It is a fantastic organization with highly specialized and competent employees all over the world and a truly unique product. I look forward to helping the company to fulfil its full potential, which with last week's launch of the new integrated advertising platform, Adform FLOW, is quite fantastic," says Charlotte Kure Juul, CHRO in Adform. She continues: " I look forward to meeting all my new colleagues and seeing where I can make a difference. My biggest task will be to ensure that Adform remains a great place to work and help managers as well as employees to be successful in their job and create the best results."

At the same time, Charlotte Kure Juul is tasked with developing a data-driven approach to HR, tailored to Adform’s global footprint and highly decentralized organizational structure - an interesting challenge that bridges across cultures and geographies.

Today, Adform is one of the preferred technology partners to execute advertising campaigns across the world's leading digital media platforms.
