Lars Lunde is an Investment Partner at GRO and has extensive experience in software, technology, and investment banking. Prior to co-founding GRO, Lars served as Managing Director at Carnegie Investment Banking. Before this, he held senior roles including SVP at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Associate Director at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO, and worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London.

With more than 25 years of experience, Lars has worked across general management, corporate and business development, M&A, and strategy, with a strong focus on B2B software business models. He has a particular interest in how software companies can accelerate digital transformation, growth, and customer success across industries, and believes that clearly articulating and documenting business value is critical to long-term success.

At GRO, Lars is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments across Northern Europe, as well as actively supporting portfolio companies through board work and strategic development.

Lars holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
