Changes to Reporting Date Range Limits in Customer Journey

Changes have been made to enhance performance and reduce archiving of unused data. Based on an analysis of usage behavior, the reporting period for reviewing Customer Journey data was reduced from 4 months to 2 months.

Adform Secures Official NAI Membership

Adform is pleased to announce that we have been approved and finalized our membership in the Network Advertising Initiative. As part of this Adform opt-out is fully integrated into NAI’s centralized opt-out page.

Updates to Come

CCPA Support in Ad Serving, ADX, Site Tracking, and Audience Pixels

With this release, Adform will implement the IAB CCPA framework in customer request handlers - Ad Serving (including Dynamic Ad Serving, Dynamic Creative Optimization), ADX, Site Tracking, Audience handlers (Audience pixel, Audience tag).

The CCPA is the California Consumer Privacy Act which came into force on January 1st, 2020. It has the goal of delivering enhanced privacy rights and consumer protections for residents of the state of California in the United States. The IAB has developed a framework that provides a tool for publishers to collect and communicate consumer preferences for the handling of their personal data during interactions with the digital marketing ecosystem. This allows digital marketers to react accordingly to the provided privacy signals.

Grapeshot Pricing Update

Adform partner Grapeshot's contextual intelligence segments will be undergoing a pricing change on the Adform platform. As of June 1st, 2020, Grapeshot segments purchased on Adform will no longer be billed as a percentage of media spend, and instead will be transacted on a flat CPM model.
