We are excited to announce the brand new Adform Help for Advertisers! From today, accessing the needed information is easier than before which means you can dedicate more time to carrying on your daily tasks and reach your business goals faster.
On the Help's homepage, you will find a powerful search bar using new and improved search logic. In addition to a better search experience, the site navigation has also been improved: select the category on the left-side panel, and you will see all the related articles in the form of cards. The newly introduced breadcrumbs will guide you around, and you can also check suggested help pages to gain more knowledge about how the platform works. The help content was reviewed and reorganized into “about”, “how-to”, and “FAQs” articles to help you find the needed information as efficiently as possible.
The new and improved Help can be accessed at www.adformhelp.com. Make sure you are logged into the platform to unlock full access to the relevant help sections.
We would also love your feedback to improve the content and its quality. To support this, we’ve added a little feature that allows you to rate the articles. The next time you’re in the new Help Center, please don’t forget to give us a thumbs up if you found what you were looking for!

The CCPA is the California Consumer Privacy Act which came into force on January 1st, 2020. It has the goal of delivering enhanced privacy rights and consumer protections for residents of the state of California in the United States. The IAB has developed a framework that provides a tool for publishers to collect and communicate consumer preferences for the handling of their personal data during interactions with the digital marketing ecosystem. This allows digital marketers to react accordingly to the provided privacy signals.
With this release, Adform has implemented the IAB CCPA framework in customer request handlers - Ad Serving (including Dynamic Ad Serving, Dynamic Creative Optimization), ADX, Site Tracking, Audience handlers (Audience pixel, Audience tag).
