The Yellow Belt program is a highly competitive 12-month program designed to kick-start your career. The program selects candidates with business, finance, HR, or IT backgrounds on a rolling basis and gives them the opportunity to develop through hands-on strategic projects working directly with key decision makers, including Adform’s senior leadership team. As a Yellow Belt, you will have a unique possibility to discover and develop your talents by rotating between various focus areas. Successful completion of this program often unlocks the opportunity to pursue advanced positions within Adform.
