Technical specialist - Creative & Platform support

The team:

Creative & Platform Support team is the one that works with complex custom cases and educates the client. The goal is to show the client how to work effectively using Adform tools. The team is constantly working on unique and complex cases that requires investigating and collaborating with other teams, especially development. Currently there are 10 people in the C&P Support team working with various support tasks. The team is also working on global Adform projects that improve both clients’ and Adformers lives.

Your tasks:

  • Provide services and technical support to Adform customers – media agencies and their partners
  • Resolve multiple technical issues of internet advertising campaign, using a complex internet ad management and serving system
  • Support the creative agencies in building ads
  • Ensure technical specifications are followed

About You:

  • Good technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, other web-related technologies
  • Good understanding and interest in on-line marketing
  • Experience working in technical support
  • Experience in website administration
  • Have good verbal and writing communicational skills (English)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Curious, informal and treat others with respect
