Team Lead, Platform Solutions, Central

About the role

Team Lead in Platform Solutions builds, manages, leads and grows world-class teams of consultants who work with buy-side, sell-side & creative products to deliver an outstanding client experience. The role requires to work and closely with other departments and stakeholders such as offices in other markets, Client Support, Sales and Development. Team Lead has a direct impact on own team's client service excellence, efficiency and processes.

We want you to:

  • Manage the central team of Platform Solution Consultants and provide inspiring and efficient leadership
  • Take the lead on implementing internal programs/procedures in order to drive business development, efficiency and right business strategy
  • Communicate clear expectations for your team and make sure they are equipped with the necessary tools, competence, skills and knowledge
  • Promote a positive environment for people and make sure we have high engagement, performance and work satisfaction within Platform Solutions team
  • Ensure Central Platform Solutions team has the needed domain expertise across the Adform platform
  • Develop and retain central Platform Solutions team members
  • Manage the relationship between the regional Commercial leadership and the Platform Solutions team in order to unlock revenue potentials and reach common strategic business and revenue goals
  • Prioritize your team’s efforts towards Adform's company goals
  • Be a liaison between Clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution

Job-related knowledge:

  • Have people management experience
  • Have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Inspire strong commitment and lead by example
  • Drive high performing culture and talent management beyond borders
  • Coach and mentor others in order to meet business goals
  • Provide transparent feedback and development actions
  • Delegate and manage team communications
  • Have functional industry experience working in Agency, Ad-Tech or marketing department in Enterprise company
  • Have experience in account, campaign or project management role
  • Have experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple regions would be an advantage
  • Adform system knowledge is a plus

  • Are a digital problem solver with broad experience in project management
  • Have excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Have a strong driver mentality and organization skills

  • Have the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
