Publisher Support Specialist is responsible for providing services and support to our partners (publishers and networks all over the globe).


Your tasks

Investigating a lot! (implementation of script, reasons for discrepancies, inventory/campaign performance issues, comparing data and set up on our platforms)

Becoming a Guru of our Platform and beyond for our Clients

Educating clients about the possibilities of our system

Coordinating processes and communication between internal parties

Helping to improve the product stack for Publishers

Looking for the answers and solutions across various other systems (competitors and partners)

Main point of support for our clients around the world


About you

Basic Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (can read and make adjustments)

Fluency in English

Problem solving attitude

Great communication skills

Understanding and interest in web-technologies, advertising

Positivity and enthusiasm to rock challenges with a smile on your face

You define yourself as a team player and enjoy working in a fast pace dynamic environment

Higher education

An understanding and experience in Adform Publisher Edge, DFP or other Ad serving systems
