We are looking for a new colleague to join our energetic Publisher Sales team. Publisher Solution Consultants have an exciting and dynamic role working with internal experts, publishers, agencies and tech vendors. You’ll be part of the Revenue & Operations department, reporting directly to the Director of Publisher Sales in Northern Europe, with an opportunity to grow your expertise and career with hands-on knowledge of the full digital/programmatic stack.

 

About the role

You will be a key player to coach our clients on Adform's products through trainings, best practices, and by answering client’s requests. With the help of Adform product expertise, you will be able to make solutions that empower our client’s success. You use your industry and media knowledge to monitor the set-up of existing accounts, ensure best-in-class application, and help to exploit Adform's tech-stack to the max. We are looking for a colleague that will proactively come with suggestions and projects that are relevant for the customers digital marketing solutions – and can drive the solutions as well.

 

We would like you to:

  • Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and other Platform Solutions team members to provide technical and functional needs assessments to prospects and clients.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients, become a trusted partner, and provide service from a technical and client centric perspective.
  • Act as a tech advisor. Introduce new features, technical functionalities, consult on full stack benefits, and best possible technical integration solutions.
  • Act as project manager. Internally orchestrate client needs and work closely with Adform’s own customer service and product teams to create the best client experience.
  • Attend meetings with our clients to oversee market trends and requirements, and educate them to utilize our platform in the best way.
  • Conduct and standardize workshops and quarterly account reviews to maximize clients output.

 

We believe you have/are:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3+ years relevant ad tech industry experience
  • Experience in account management, ad operations or consultancy
  • Proactive, strong driver mentality, excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive and enjoy client facing time – as well as being natural in meeting and engaging with new relationships
  • Great match to Adform DNA: Open & Caring, Agile & Innovative, Ownership Mindset
  • Experience operating hands-on in PMP/SSP/DSPs and Header Bidding
  • Adform system knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written, additional German language skills is a plus
