Programmatic Services & Support Team Leader

Description

Programmatic Services & Support Team Leader is responsible for operations and performance of Client Services team (up to 15 people). Main team's responsibilities involve Programmatic Campaigns setup and optimization, preparing and delivering reports or analysis to our Adform customers.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Managing the client requests, balancing team work load, ensuring quality.
  • Support the team growth and drive recruitment processes when needed.
  • Handling internal and external communication and escalations.
  • Motivate & inspire team members, support them in trainings and development.
  • Drive employees‘ performance management.

 

Requirements:

  • Be cool and have strong leadership and communication skills!
  • Strong prioritization, organization and time management skills
  • Good understanding and interest in on-line marketing and on-line advertising formats, support and drive innovative ideas.
  • Experience in Client Services field would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Google Adwords/Analytics or other web-related platform would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML or other web-related technologies would be an advantage.
  • English language – fluent.
  • Good team player, having strong self-drive and inner motivation.
  • Ability to work in the dynamic multitasking environment.

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 1800 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
