Platform Solutions Team Lead for DACH

As a Platform Solutions Team Lead (DACH), you are driven by a high passion to look behind the scenes of ad technology while seeking for opportunities to adapt best-in-class solutions for Adform’s clients. You have an excellent client service mind-set with comprehensive understanding of media strategies and their orchestration in different technologies. As a technical, functional and industry expert you will uncover technical solutions to complex business scenarios and you are excited to develop and scale our business by acting as a trusted client partner. With the help of your expertise and Adform’s full-stack, you will be able to build solutions that empower our clients’ success and help them to exploit Adform’s solution to the max.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the regional team of Solution Specialists and/or Consultants and provide inspiring and efficient leadership
  • Take the lead on implementing internal programs/procedures in order to drive business development, efficiency and right business strategy
  • Communicate clear expectations for your team and make sure they are equipped with the necessary tools, competence, skills and knowledge
  • Promote a positive environment for people and make sure we have high engagement, performance and work satisfaction within Platform Solutions team
  • Ensure regional Platform Solutions team has the needed domain expertise across the Adform platform
  • Develop and retain regional Platform Solutions team
  • Manage the relationship between the regional Commercial leadership and the Platform Solutions team in order to unlock revenue potentials and reach common strategic business and revenue goals
  • Prioritize your team’s efforts towards Adform's company goal
  • Be a liaison between Clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution
  • Become a trusted partner and maintain relationships with Adform’s biggest media agencies, advertisers, publishers and service partners providing highest solutions-oriented service and commitment
  • Attend meetings with our most strategic clients to oversee market trends and requirements

We expect you are/you have:

Job related knowledge:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Inspire strong commitment and lead by example
  • Drive high performing culture and talent management beyond borders
  • Coach and mentor others in order to meet business goals
  • Provide transparent feedback and development actions Delegate and manage team communications
  • Team management experience (would be an advantage)
  • Functional industry experience in the ad serving industry and common internet technologies
  • Experience in account management, customer support roles
  • Technical skills and understanding (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, SQL, SAAS)
  • Adform system knowledge is a plus

Interpersonal skills:

  • Digital problem solver with broad experience in project management
  • Excellent English and German communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong driver mentality and organization skills
  • Look beyond and be proactive
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple regions
