Platform Solutions Manager

Working as Platform Solutions Manager means that you become an expert in Adform system and you have excellent relationships with Adform clients across the CEE region. Your primary responsibility is to support assigned Adform clients by using your expertise of the system, to support the local sales organisations throughout the pitch process and to be able to proactively consult and answer all the possible questions about our system.

Key responsibilities

  • Become a partner and maintain relationships with clients in providing high solutions-oriented service from a technical and functional perspective
  • Introduce new features, technical functionalities and best practices
  • Ensure successful campaign management and overall client satisfaction
  • Have regular meetings and follow ups with assigned clients to help and educate them to utilize our platform the best way
  • Support regional leadership to grow and develop the overall Adform business
  • Be a liaison between Clients and Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and make sure it is executed
  • Coordinate and drive the on-boarding process of new clients and holding groups
  • Escalate cases/situations that could result in dissatisfaction from the clients. Analyze each case and come up with new processes to prevent such situations in the future
  • Work closely with local Platform Solutions Consultants and Client Support teams in Vilnius in order to assure the quality of support

We hope you are/you have

  • Have at least 1-2 years experience in online marketing
  • Have excellent technical knowledge
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented and have had a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Are able to work independently and reach assigned targets
  • Enjoy a fast pace with lots of responsibility
  • Understand data and its importance in business analysis
  • Excellent writing and speaking in English is a must
