Global Service Operations Consultant

About a role:

Your passion to deliver best in class service to our most demanding and complex clients drives you to look behind the scenes to deeply understand the capabilities of Adform platform and suggest the best solutions for our clients and internal Global teams. As a Global Service Operations Consultant, you will partner closely with the market’s biggest advertisers and Global holding groups. You will lead and execute complex projects across Adform’s full-stack platform and products (Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, SSP, etc...). You will be the main point of contact for integrations to external partners and clients when it comes to API integration products to maintain documentation. With your relationship-building skills, you will ensure overall client satisfaction by being a trusted partner to senior colleagues across multiple markets.

We would like you to:

  • Be the central operational point of contact for Adform Global teams and biggest clients, managing effective communication between Adform and Client teams
  • Drive complex cross-functional projects and ensure the best Client experience, working in conjunction with your internal partners (Sales and Services)
  • Create best practices on documentation and maintain up to date document database
  • Support international leadership to grow and develop the overall Adform business
  • Be a liaison between global clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution
  • Improve the processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality that can maximize revenue
  • Become a trusted client partner and maintain relationships with Adform’s biggest global clients, providing the highest solutions-oriented service and commitment from a technical and functional perspective
  • Assist with global RFP's
  • Drive API integrations to clients and partners

We expect you are/you have:

Job-related knowledge:

  • Broad functional industry experience in the ad tech industry and common internet technologies
  • Advanced expert knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, API, CRM
  • Demonstrated knowledge with a proven record of success in project management across multiple markets and stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with C-Level Clients and driving business growth through relationships
  • Digital problem solver with broad experience in project management
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple regions
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Adform API knowledge is a plus

  • Strong driver mentality and organization skills
  • Orientation to solve problems and coming with suggestions / be proactive
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audience
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent client relationships
