Global Platform Solutions Consultant

As a Global Platform Solutions Consultant, you will partner closely with one of the market’s biggest advertisers and agencies. You will lead and execute complex projects across Adform’s full-stack platform and products (Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, SSP, Rich Media etc.). Your high passion drives you to look behind the scenes of ad technology while seeking for opportunities to recommend best-in-class solutions for Adform’s global and regional clients.

With your relationship-building skills, you will ensure overall client satisfaction by being a trusted partner supporting our clients to grow their business. You will be adept at managing complex C-Level Client onboardings and global operations, working across the organization and multi-markets. These projects include technical leadership, product implementations, platform evolvement and building custom solutions. You have an excellent client service mind-set with a comprehensive understanding of media strategies and their orchestration in different technologies. With that, you are excited to develop digital solutions that help our client’s to drive and scale their business. With your expertise and Adform's full-stack, you will be able to build solutions that empower our clients success and help them to exploit Adform's solution to the max.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the central operational point of contact for Global and Regional clients, managing effective communication between Adform and Client teams
  • Partner with sales team and provide technical and functional needs assessments to prospective Clients
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives. Drive cross-functional projects and ensure the best Client experience, working in conjunction with your internal partners (Sales and Services)
  • Support international leadership to grow and develop the overall Adform business
  • Be a liaison between global/regional clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution
  • Improve the processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality that can maximize revenue
  • Provide frameworks, workshop concepts and trainings to Adform Sales and Services on the above
  • Become a trusted client partner and maintain relationships with Adform’s biggest global and regional Clients, providing highest solutions-oriented service and commitment from a technical and functional perspective
  • Lead strategic services meetings with our Clients to help and educate them to utilize our platform the best way and oversee multi-market trends and requirements
  • Drive a professional and smooth onboarding experience for our Clients and ensure a future proof setup
  • Assist with global RFP's, Client onboardings and development, based on own product competency
  • Act as an independent trusted industry guide helping our clients to grow their business
  • Conduct and standardize workshops that help to identify the value our platform brings to clients and demonstrate the business impact through financial modelling
  • Continuous collaboration with strategic C-Level Clients to ensure education, proactive support and implementation across the client organization
  • Introduce new features, technical functionalities and best possible technical integration solutions

We expect you are/you have:

Job related knowledge:

  • Broad functional industry experience in the ad tech industry and common internet technologies
  • Proven experience of working with complex client engagements including technical sales
  • Advanced expert knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, SSP, Rich Media
  • Ability to acquire and share in depth knowledge of programmatic buying and key business issues that affect the client and industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge with a proven record of success in project management across multiple markets and stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with C-Level Clients and driving business growth through relationships
  • Adform system knowledge is a plus
