Director Platform Solutions

About the role:

As Director of Platform Solutions Southern Europe, you oversee all aspects of the regional Platform Solutions team and foster the communication and business processes across our global efforts. Build, manage, lead and grow a world-class team of Solution Specialists and Consultants. You act as a global business partner and closely work with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Client Support to contribute to the success of the regional revenue growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the regional team of Solution Specialists and/or Consultants and provide inspiring and efficient leadership
  • Take the lead on implementing internal programs/procedures in order to drive business development, efficiency and right business strategy
  • Communicate clear expectations for your team and make sure they are equipped with the necessary tools, competence, skills and knowledge
  • Promote a positive environment for people and make sure we have high engagement, performance and work satisfaction within Platform Solutions team
  • Ensure regional Platform Solutions team has the needed domain expertise across the Adform platform
  • Recruit, develop and retain regional Platform Solutions team
  • Contribute to the Adform leadership team globally outside of the immediate area of Platform Solutions
  • Manage the relationship between the regional Commercial leadership and the Platform Solutions team in order to unlock revenue potentials and reach common strategic business and revenue goals
  • Prioritize your team’s efforts towards Adform's company goals
  • Be a liaison between Clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution
  • Become a trusted partner and maintain relationships with Adform’s biggest media agencies, advertisers, publishers and service partners providing highest solutions-oriented service and commitment Attend meetings with our most strategic clients to oversee market trends and requirements

Job related knowledge:

  • Experience in leading a business unit/division of account management or customer support for ≥ 5 years
  • Consulting experience in a consulting firm or equivalent technical environment
  • Proven track of functional industry experience in the ad tech industry or equivalent
  • Broad technical understanding of ITIL v3, Kanban, Scrum, Wireframing, HTML/5, JavaScript, SQL, SAAS, Programmatic Advertising, DMP and current tracking technologies
  • Adform system knowledge is a plus

  • Experience working in a cross-functional and cross-regional environment
