As VP Sales, you will be a part of the Northern European Management team. Together with your peers and your Sales team you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the region across agencies, enterprise clients as well as publishers.

You should have a strong passion for marketing, technology and specifically AdTech and be driven by developing consultative client engagements in working to build, develop and manage consultative client engagements with new and existing strategic Clients. As the Senior Client Lead you will ensure that clients have the optimal experience working with Adform’s solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for enterprise new business as well as for agency & publisher new business.
  • Drive & execute sales in Northern Europe by searching and identifying new business development opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Deliver on revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort
  • Lead and manage an international team of sales directors & sales managers
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) - ensure a continuous flow of new opportunities & align with top management
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients and market trends 
  • Align with relevant stakeholders in order to optimize the sales process and cooperation with involved service partners of the client
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, clients prospects
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives

About you:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years martech and/or adtech enterprise sales
  • Experience in managing and developing highly successful sales teams
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in the Nordic and/or DACH countries
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Successful track record of closing new deals
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, negotiation & presentation skills, strong focus on results
