About the role

Due to the on-going success of Publisher Platform Business at Adform, the position of VP, Publisher has been created to support and drive the continually ambitious growth plans in this strategic arm of Adform’s business. This is a key, senior position and the successful candidate will be expected to develop and shape the Publisher strategy, and have overall responsibility for meeting Global revenue targets for the Publisher product suite.

Main responsibilities:

This position will have significant responsibility for Adform’s Global Publisher facing business, developing a vision and roadmap for the platform and product set, aligning with the overall Adform product vision, roadmap, marketing, and strategic plans. This will include:

  • Driving Global revenue for Publisher products, and being accountable for reaching revenue targets
  • Developing Adform's Publisher business globally, including new markets as appropriate, and established markets for Adform, such as the Nordics
  • Collaborating and exchanging ideas with the other relevant teams
  • Building strong partnerships with the other functional units
  • Evangelizing the Publisher product vision both internally and with key customers
  • The performance of the Adform Publisher business and its growth targets
  • Within a matrix organisational structure, lead the Adform Publisher platform sales force globally (direct reporting lines for the sales force is local or regional), motivating the team to deliver against sales targets and revenue growth expectations
  • Building long term relationships with our most strategically important customers and oversee strategic account plans; coaching account team in complex, high value sales / renewals
  • Ensuring key metrics and performance targets are effectively managed and tracked across the sales team

We expect you are/you have:

  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • A seasoned commercial leader with proven track record on a regional or global scale
  • Experience in Publisher technology sales, online advertising, and ideally, product development
  • A strong global network at senior leadership level within Publisher business would be a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of advertising technology and its application for clients, agencies and publishers in preferred
  • Willingness to travel and participate in industry events, speaker opportunities, etc.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and work within a matrix organization
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
