Senior Agency Sales Manager, Germany

About the role

Senior Agency Sales Manager will be are part of the Agency team in Germany. You will be responsible for driving sales and business development in Germany, mostly by signing new Clients. You will make sure that Clients get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company. You will proactively engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and help them build a plan for how to use technology products including our DSP, DMP and Ad server.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive & execute sales by searching and identifying new business development opportunities
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform
  • Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support, deliver a superior customers experience through cooperation with other teams within the Company
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing agencies, work in a structured way: have follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, Clients prospects
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about Clients and market

We expect you are/you have:

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • 3 + years of proven experience in online advertising business as an account manager/ sales manager
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in Germany
  • Proven experience in active sales
  • Successful track record of closing new deals
  • Being self-motivated and results driven
  • Basic knowledge of display ad-technology would be an advantage (e.g. ad serving, programmatic buying)
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and up-selling to clients
  • Flexible, able feel comfortable with negotiation and sales situations and able to establish, maintain and develop relationship with Client
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
  • Pro-activity, problem-solving ability, negotiation skills & presentation skills, strong focus on results
