Sales Manager/Director, Baltics

About the role

You are part of Sales team. You are responsible for driving sales and business development in Baltic region mostly by identifyng and signing new large strategic Clients. You make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work with senior commercial leadership in order to set the strategic commercial objectives, build and deliver client growth plans
  • Drive & execute sales within the Baltic region by searching and identifying new business developmentopportunities of large and strategic Clients
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform
  • Ensure that Clients get the best in class Service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the Company
  • Evangelize market about Adform technology and build trust among End Clients
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
  • Support the on-boarding process of new Clients
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, Clients prospects and act as an evangelist of Adform products in the market

Job related knowledge:

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Good network of decision makers within the online advertising industry in Baltic region
  • Proven experience in active sales
  • Experience in a digital marketing
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
