About the role

You’re part of the US Sales team and you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You’re responsible for generating client interest, qualifying prospects and driving sales in US, mostly by signing new clients and making sure that they get the best customer experience, promoting Adform as the best ad tech company. You thrive in a complex and competitive digital technology environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with our marketing and sales teams to reach out to some of the largest digital marketing organizations in the world.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Identify customer needs and requirements
  • Work with Sales Directors/VP’s of Sales to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Drive & execute sales by searching and identifying new business development opportunities
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform
  • Ensure that Clients get best in class service and support, deliver a superior customers experience through cooperation with other teams within Adform
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing Clients, work in a structured way: have follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system
  • Support the on-boarding process of new Clients

We hope you are / you have:

Job related knowledge:

  • Proven experience in active sales, with consistent track record of achieving sales objectives by closing new deals
  • Experience in a digital marketing, preferrably ad technology or SaaS background
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
