As Adform Sales Ambassadors, our mission is to deliver an excellent customer experience and to promote Adform as the best Ad Tech Company in our market. Sales team is responsible for strategically caring of new & existing Customers; focusing on the growth of Clients’ business by best usage of Adform platforms; developing new business opportunities.

Main impact your team makes:

  • Meeting customers, publishers, media agencies and partners to incentive the adoption of Adform Full Stack Solutions
  • Apply commercial scalable models to maximize revenue and enlarge clients’ portfolio
  • Build a communication bridge between customers and Adform Clients Service to deliver high-quality support


Your tasks:

  • Drive & execute sales within Italy by searching and identifying new business development opportunities
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform
  • Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support. Deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the Company
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing Clients. Work with Clients in structured way, follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, strategies & opportunities
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives. Work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best Client experience
  • Improve the sales processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality in order to maximize revenue
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about Clients and market
  • Support the on-boarding process of new Clients


About You:

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Proven experience in managing high budgets and revenues and big Clients
  • Wide Experience in a digital marketing
  • Extensive experience of running accounts / client relationship management
  • Traffic or ad operations experience
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong building relations skills
