About the role

You are part of the German Sales team. You are responsible for driving sales and business development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland mostly by advising large and strategic Clients on Digital out of Home (DOOH) and Programmatic Audio. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Evangelize existing and new clients about advertising opportunities through Emerging Channels, predominantly DOOH and Audio and generate new revenue streams
  • Work with senior commercial leadership in order to set the strategic commercial objectives, build and deliver client growth plans
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and collaboration with team members
  • Ensure that clients get best in class service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within Adform
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, clients prospects
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system Salesforce
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients, market opportunities and product needs 

We expect you to have:

  • Understanding of the Out of Home industry as well as of Programmatic Advertising and thus the DOOH opportunity
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Strong network in the OOH industry in Germany
  • Successful track record of closing new deals
  • Great presentation skills – feeling comfortable when presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship on all levels of a client organisation
