Sales Account Development Manager | DACH

About the team

The DACH Sales team, focusing on the buy side of the AdTech ecosystem, is responsible for developing agencies & direct advertisers' business as well as manage the existing relationships with them. The team is also helping their clients to understand the role of AdTech in the digital marketing ecosystem and how data-driven cross channel strategies and programmatic media buying can increase marketing productivity.

About the role

As Account Development Manager, your main focus and responsibility will be to develop and drive sales opportunities across brands and agencies in DACH.  You will proactively engage prospective clients to understand their business and help them build a plan for how to use technology to be able to utilize data across channels and enable programmatic media buying as well as rich media solutions. You will report to the Country Manager, DACH.

Your responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Director to identify target lists of prospect accounts, key decision makers within the accounts and a coordinated outreach strategy
  • Drive new pipeline within the assigned region(s) by searching and identifying new business development opportunities of large and strategic Clients
  • Qualify inbound leads before passing into the Sales team.
  • Deliver pipeline growth KPIs quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing Clients. Work with Clients in structured way, follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, Clients prospects and act as an evangelist of Adform products in the market. Attend events, act as Adform ambassador and follow up sales leads gained from events.
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives. Work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best Client experience
  • Improve the sales processes in order to achieve efficiency and better quality in order to maximize the revenue
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
