Proposal Management Specialist (RFP)

About the role

Adform receives a number of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with technical and commercial questions from our prospects. These requests are handled by RFP Pod – a virtual team consisting of subject matter experts from sales and product departments.

As RFP Specialist you will be an important part of the sales process – manage RFPs, improve the RFP process and collaborate closely with local and global sales and account managers and product experts to get their best in class feedback and drive each RFP to a professional state. The role is key to our success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work hand in hand with Sales to prepare RFP documents for new potential clients
  • Work with Account Managers to prepare RFP answers for existing clients (incl. upselling new products)
  • Project manage RFPs
  • Coordinate and assure the quality of RFPs prepared
  • Foster knowledge base and improve content quality
  • Improve RFP process to avoid redundancy and increase efficiency in RFP process

We hope you are/you have:

  • Excellent writing and speaking in English language is a must - additional languages are a plus
  • Good project management experience
  • Distinctive customer orientation with solution-oriented mindset
  • Well-versed to translate between functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership & responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and reach assigned targets
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Highly structured and organized
  • Motivated with a positive attitude to fit into the Adform DNA
  • Like to take over responsibility and own critical projects in a fast pace
