As Head of Customer Success, you oversee all aspects of the regional Adform Customer Success team and foster the communication and business processes across our regional efforts. Build, manage, lead and grow a world-class team of Customer Consultants & Specialist. You act as a regional business partner and closely work with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Support to contribute to the success of the regional revenue growth.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide inspiring and effective leadership for the regional Customer Success team
  • Contribute to the Adform leadership team regionaly outside of the immediate area of Customer Success
  • Take the lead on implementing internal programs/procedures in order to drive business development, efficiency and right business strategy
  • Communicate clear expectations for people and make sure they have the needed tools, competence, skills and knowledge 
  • Promote a positive environment for people and make sure we have high engagement, performance and work satisfaction within Customer Success team
  • Recruit, develop and retain regional Customer Success team
  • Attend meetings with our most strategic regional clients to oversee market trends and requirements
  • Become a partner and maintain relationships with Adform’s biggest media agencies and advertisers providing highest solutions-oriented service
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership of the region in order to reach strategic business and revenue goals
  • Be responsible to unlock revenue potentials and prioritize your team efforts towards Adform's company goals
  • Ensure regional Customer Success team has the needed domain expertise across Adform platform
  • Be a liaison between Clients, Adform Product Management and Development teams in order to provide feedback from clients and drive execution 


Job related knowledge

  • Team Management experience at least 2-3 years
  • Functional industry experience in online advertising and common internet technologies
  • Experience in account management, customer support roles
  • Technical skills and understanding (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, SaaS, SQL, etc.)
  • Adform system knowledge is a plus

Interpersonal skills

  • Digital problem solver with broad experience in project management and leading a team
  • Excellent English and German Communication skills (both verbal/written)
  • Strong driver mentality and decision-making skills
  • Look beyond and be proactive
  • Commercial drive and proven track record in solution selling
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple markets
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences
