Enterprise Senior Sales Manager

About the role

You are part of Italian Sales team. You are responsible for sales and business development in Italy signing deals with new Mid and Large strategic Clients within your assigned industries. You will promote Adform as the best Ad tech company offering a full stack technology platform.

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue growth by engaging new customers and selling Adform full-stack online advertising technology platform
  • Work with senior commercial leadership in order to set the strategic commercial new business objectives
  • Search and identify new business development opportunities of mid and large online advertising investors
  • Engage potential clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop relationships with new clients in a structured way tracking all activities done
  • Deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams ensuring that Clients get best in class Service and support during presales and onboarding process
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, attend industry events and act as an evangelist of Adform products in the market
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach country business goals and revenue objectives
  • Suggest sales processes improvements
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management systems
  • Provide structured feedback about clients and market opportunities

We expect you are/you have:

  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives and closing new deals in the adtech industry
  • Demonstrable planning and forecasting skills to ensure analytical analysis of opportunities
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in Italy
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling adtech products to clients
  • Experience in a digital marketing, technology sales or ad-operations
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, negotiation & presentation skills, strong focus on results
