About the role

You are part of the German Enterprise Sales team. You are responsible for driving sales and business development in Germany by winning new enterprise clients. You make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive & execute sales in Germany by searching and identifying new business development opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Deliver on revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and collaboration with team members
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) -
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about clients and market trends
  • Align with relevant stakeholders in order to optimize the sales process and cooperation with involved service partners of the client
  • Support the on-boarding process of new enterprise clients
  • Deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other Enterprise, Service and Support teams within the Company
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events, clients prospects
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives 

We expect you are/you have:

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in Germany
  • Proven experience in active sales
  • Successful track record of closing new deals
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Ideally traffic or ad operations experience
  • Strong skills in building client relationships, client-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Great presentation skills – comfortable when presenting solutions and upselling to clients
