Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

You will be part of an Enterprise Account Team consisting of local team members as well as many more colleagues from all over the world. In our team we believe that it is important to be a team player, deliver outstanding results and having fun while doing so.

You will be responsible for existing direct clients in DACH market where your focus will be to grow their business by best usage of Adform platform and products. You make sure that they get an excellent customer experience and promote Adform as the leading Adtech company.  

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead some of our biggest direct clients in a strategic and structured manner
  • Work very close with our clients and their agencies in order to support their requests and increase their potential
  • Engage clients with Adform‘s full-stack technology platform and how it can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Work with our clients in a structured way by holding regular calls, meetings and presentations
  • Support clients to develop digital and programmatic strategies to achieve their KPI’s
  • Closely cooperate with internal support teams and relevant stakeholders. Make sure that clients’ goals are met in the most effective and optimal way, while finding new solutions, solving problems and ensuring quality of the services provided
  • Support the on-boarding process of new clients
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events and clients prospects
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management systems
  • Share knowledge among team members

 

We expect you to have:

Job related knowledge

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and forecasting skills
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and consulting clients in digital marketing strategies
  • Handle customer business independently
  • Project management skills
  • Good network within the online advertising industry

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written)
