Agency Account Manager

As an Agency Account Manager, you will be a part of our Finnish Sales team and you will be responsible for our Agency Clients in Finland. Your portfolio can also include Enterprise clients in the future. You will focus on the growth of Clients’ business by best usage of Adform platform. You will make sure that they get the best customer experience and promote Adform as the best Ad tech company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead our agency business in Finland in a strategic and structured manner
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform in Finland
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly andannually through personal effort and by collaborating with teammembers
  • Closely cooperate with Client support teams/other colleagues to ensure that clients’ goals are met in the most effective and optimal way, while finding new solutions, solving problems, and ensuring quality of the services provided
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing Clients: work with Clients in structured way, have follow-up calls/meetings in order to ensure good relationship and their understanding of Adform products
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and provide structured feedback about Clients and market
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s)
  • Support the on-boarding process of new Clients

About you:

  • Solid experience in account management and working with sales objectives
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in Finland
  • Experience and understanding of adtech platforms as a business enabler
  • Demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship & client-oriented attitude
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, negotiation, presentation skills and strong focus on results
