Agency Account Director, Italy

About the role

Reporting to the Country Manager Italy, the Agency Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing global holding Agency Business in Italy by best usage of Adform platform and promoting our new solutions. You will proactively engage with both senior stakeholders and agency practitioners to understand their business goals and help them build a plan for how to use technology products including our DSP, DMP and Ad server. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute agency strategy in Italy: be responsible for agency sales and business development activities across all global holding groups
  • Manage existing relationships & maintain and develop your senior level contacts across global holding groups establishing long-term relationships with the ability to influence trading desk spend
  • Ensure that Agencies get best in class Service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within Adform
  • Ongoing contacts with agency customer groups via business reviews and regular meetings
  • Engage with agency customers to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform
  • Feedback client requests and development needs to relevant Adform product owners
  • Show thought leadership and keep up to date with recent market and industry trends in local market and attendance at industry events with clients
  • Support and share know-how with other team members in order to reach business goals and revenue objectives, work with relevant team members (Sales and Services) to assure the best Agency experience

We expect you are/you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in online advertising, either agency, client or technology business
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Good network within the digital departments of the advertising Agencies in Italy
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, high level communication skills, negotiation & presentation skills, strong focus on results
  • Superior experience of managing accounts relationship
  • Proven Customer Satisfaction track of record
  • Experience working in virtual teams
