Within this team we are looking for a Product Lead to support the team in navigating the fast-paced industry we are in by collecting market input, identifying client needs and translating both into aligned and structured input towards Adform’s unified and overarching roadmap. As a Product Lead you will be acting as a bridge between Product Management and the commercial organization, partnering closely with regional commercial leadership. You will be the central link into Product Marketing and participating in as well as driving both internal and external training and evangelization initiatives. The Product Lead position reports directly into the VP of Product Strategy.

Main impact the team has:

  • End-to-end responsibility for Adform’s Go-To-Market Strategy – from communication needs identification through product positioning to actual delivery via Product Marketing
  • Being the face of Adform’s Product Strategy including direct exposure to Senior Management as well as the market
  • Internal and external evangelization of Adform’s Product Strategy
  • Close collaboration with sales, services, and marketing to aggregate input and ensure market needs are reflected within our roadmap (Creation of business cases by strategic alignment of market needs with our role and purpose, covering all the dimensions of the Product Lifecycle)
  • Close collaboration with Product Directors to ensure all of the above information is included into the briefing to development and the respective go-to-market planning
  • Accountability for the overall commercialization and go-to-market activities of our advertising products

About The Role:

  • Product Lead with Global Responsibility for Adform’s Programmatic Buyside Products (DSP / Dynamic Creative) with focus on Adform’s high-growth channels Video / CTV and DOOH.
  • Possible locations: Hamburg, London or Copenhagen

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the accountable owner all go-to-market initiatives within your dedicated area of product responsibility across all dimensions given in the impact overview.
  • Work with Product Directors to define priorities for business milestones within your functional product areas and ensure an alignment between Product Roadmap and Product Marketing by defining the Go-to-Market strategy (e.g. product versioning, packaging, overall positioning) and coordination of all related launch activities
  • Engage with internal Subject Matter Experts and educate them on Adform Product Strategy (“Train the Trainers”)
  • Monitor the business to support the Product Team with competitor analysis and identify / drive business cases for emerging areas of interest
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to set the strategy and high-level content for our Product Communication
  • Communicate roadmap and Adform Product Strategy to the market as well as internal commercial teams
  • Ongoing engagement with commercial leadership teams to ensure expectation alignment between sales and product
  • Support where needed with evangelization of Adform platform in relevant channels, e.g. internal events, trade shows, press etc.

About You:

  • Expert knowledge of the media and advertising industry with direct experience in either a media agency, ad tech or a publisher
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of brand advertising connected to video and high-impact formats and respective criteria to measure success connected to quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Prior experience within the fields of Product Marketing, Business Consulting or Product Strategy / Management
  • Advanced knowledge around product-market fit and competitor analysis, customer segmentation and value propositions, creation of product strategies
  • Ability to aggregate complex data and market insights into meaningful briefing materials for different stakeholder groups and for steering meetings
  • Experience working with senior / executive management stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills
  • Commercial and Technical savviness and curiosity
  • “Can-do” attitude and a passion for making things happen
  • Adaptable to change and thriving in a fast-paced business in a matrix environment
  • TV planning experience a plus!
