We are looking for an Product Director to support the team in navigating the fast-paced industry we are in by ensuring alignment of individual product-level strategies towards Adform’s unified and overarching roadmap and strategy and acting as a bridge across different development and product teams. The Product Director reports directly into the Director of Product Management and works with Product Directors and Product Managers across platform and commercial products.

Main impact the team has:

  • End-to-end responsibility of Adform’s products – from requirement definition through launch to eventual deprecation
  • Full ownership of the Adform Product Roadmap with direct exposure to Senior Management
  • Internal and external evangelization of Adform’s Product Strategy
  • Close collaboration with sales, services and marketing to ensure market needs are reflected to full extent within our roadmap
  • Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects and Development to translate the business requirements into development-ready language and format
  • Commercialization and Pricing for our advertising products

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the High-Level Product or Platform Roadmap for a given area of responsibility
  • Define priorities for business milestones within functional areas, ensure alignment with Product Directors to create holistic roadmap scenarios as input to portfolio planning.
  • Manage the product/ platform lifecycle, covering steps like competitor analysis, business cases, ideation, quality assurance, go-to-market activities, down to eventual deprecations.
  • Collaborate with User Experience designers, researchers, and Domain Architects to drive input for roadmap
  • Communicate roadmap and business milestone objectives to all stakeholders
  • Prepare deliverables and scopes for development – full accountability for ensuring formal readiness for prioritization and quality of the connected deliverables.
  • Support where needed with Evangelization of Adform platform in relevant channels, e.g. internal events, trade shows, press etc.

About You:

  • Expert knowledge of product management practices with focus on product and scenario planning, business cases, and stakeholder management
  • Advanced knowledge around product-market fit and competitor analysis, customer segmentation and value propositions, creation of product strategies
  • Knowledge in the area of portfolio and scenario planning across different products
  • Ability to aggregate complex data and market insights into meaningful briefing materials for different stakeholder groups and for steering meetings
  • Experience working with senior / executive management stakeholders
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills
  • Commercial and Technical savviness and curiosity
  • “Can-do” attitude and a passion for making things happen
  • Adaptable to change and thriving in a fast-paced business environment
  • Prior experience working in AdTech or Business Consulting is a plus

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 3500 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
