People Operations Specialist

We work in a very fast moving and exciting environment, so we are looking for someone to join us that can take the pressure, enjoys changes and challenges. From one day to the next you will find yourself handling a variety of People Operations tasks and being a key team member in various HR processes. We share the workload, support and care for each other and are the champions for our Adform DNA.

Main impact the People Operations Team makes:

  • Maintain and ensure global employees’ data and records
  • Drive all needed documentation for all employee life cycles
  • Improve HR Operational Efficiency
  • Advocate and role model our Adform DNA

Your tasks:

  • Manage all HR related documents globally (Employment agreements, employment changes, Bonus agreements, terminations and/or other HR related documents)
  • Manage pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, support payroll run
  • Provide various reports and ensure HR databases accurately reflects current employees’ conditions and details
  • Implement & manage Global Adform Benefits & Policies, Guides across the countries
  • Be part of project team responsible for HRIS system implementation & configuration according business needs
  • Be a super user and strong ambassador of our HRIS system as our one stop hub for people related matters as we move to being a more data driven organization
  • Advise & support HR colleagues & employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal department to ensure smooth operational support
  • Contribute to different HR projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR with at least 3-years of experience in HR operations area
  • Experience working with HR & Payroll systems (preferable experience with Navision)
  • Know-how of payroll activities
  • Experience in supporting and consulting on HR operational activities and procedures across the globe
  • Good knowledge of Lithuania‘s labour law
  • Adaptable to change and working in an evolving business context
  • Experience in international company
  • High level of accuracy
  • Very strong practical use of Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Overall interest in in HR field
  • Quick learner with a high degree of common sense, resourcefulness and flexibility

  • Monthly salary range for this position starts from 1800 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
