Software Engineer (Front-end, Team UX)

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes and specifications to actual code, that will produce visual elements of the application, components for custom UI framework or even full websites. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

As a javascript/frontend developer, you will be:

  • Analysing designs and devising / implementing a front-end interface
  • Creating reusable components for quick integration of similar features
  • Writing Unit-tests
  • Evaluating from a business and long-term strategy perspective, technology, best practices, tools and processes
  • Quickly and efficiently designing and developing high quality products in an Agile environment
  • Actively sharing knowledge and responsibility with other team members and teams
  • Building some cool stuff, learning new things, having fun

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years of JavaScript experience
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, ES6
  • Knowledge of and experience with React/Redux stack
  • Experience with front-end build systems (Node.js, WebPack, Babel, etc.)
  • Experience in building and maintaining Single-Page Applications (SPA)
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement with new technologies
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Full understanding of GIT
  • Strong communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate English (This is very important, since you will be communicating with lots of people from different locations)
