We are seeking for an analytical thinker to join Adform as the Quality Analyst. It's a brand-new role which opens amazing opportunity to deepen AdTech knowledge as well as be a part of well experienced team. The scope of the role covers end to end responsibility of the whole product, involves high complexity and requires high intelligence and ownership. You will dig into product as business analyst, dive into data and various technologies in order to investigate hypothesis and assumptions, discover quality gaps and new opportunities by collaborating with many cross-functional development teams as well as other different departments such as product, Development&IT, Client Service, Finance and etc.

As a Quality Analyst, you will:

  • Analyze various kinds of metrics to discover potential flaws and risks
  • Analyze support flow
  • Contribute to Quality and Release processes
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Release processes
  • Provide visibility and reporting on SLA
  • Provide monthly reports on Quality
  • Support IT and Development in ensuring quality
  • Support in troubleshoot of cross-product and cross-platform issues

  • Good at verbal and written English
